In order for combustion to occur, there are three things With a furnace, boiler, or hot water system, combustion air is the oxygen supply that is integrated into the system to keep the fuel burning. Combustion air is typically supplied through a series of ducts or pipes, supplied either from the surrounding ambient air or from a fresh supply outside. Depending on the application, combustion air, once heated, is typically vented into the atmosphere carrying with it excess heat and/or steam. Trackback(0)
